Press Use License

1. Grant of license

Stand La Marvelous LLC ("SLM") grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to reproduce, display, and distribute the press materials (the "Materials") solely for editorial, journalistic, and educational purposes covering SLM Festival.

2. Restrictions

You may not (a) modify the SLM logo or marks except for size/color-context changes specified in the brand guidelines; (b) use the Materials to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership absent a written agreement; (c) re-license, sell, or distribute the Materials as part of a stock collection; or (d) use the Materials in connection with content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.

3. Attribution

Photography credit: "Courtesy SLM Festival" unless an individual photographer is named in the file metadata. Quotes are pre-cleared and on-record; please attribute as written.

4. Embargo

Materials marked "embargoed" may not be published before the stated release date. Violating an embargo may result in termination of this license and removal from future press lists.

5. Term and termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. SLM may terminate this license at any time by written notice (including email) for breach of these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Materials are provided "AS IS." SLM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
