These Terms govern your use of the SLM Festival website, waitlist, merchandise store, and any tickets or experiences purchased through us. By using the site or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets & merchandise
All ticket and merchandise purchases are subject to the additional purchase terms presented at checkout, including refund policy, age requirements, and event-day rules. Tickets are non-transferable except via authorized channels. Severe-weather and force-majeure provisions are detailed at the point of sale.
3. Waitlist & marketing
By joining our waitlist you agree to receive email (and, where opted in, SMS) updates about lineup, tickets, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing unsubscribe@slmfestival.com.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, abuse, or attempt to compromise the site or services. You may not impersonate the festival, our staff, or our partners.
5. On-site conduct
Attendance is conditioned on compliance with the Festival Code of Conduct.
6. Intellectual property
The SLM name, logos, marks, and site content are the property of SLM Festival and CreatorFloor. Press use is governed by the press kit terms; commercial use requires written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for use of the site is limited to amounts you have paid us in the prior 12 months. Event liability is governed by the ticket terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
